The standard type of booking is weekly with check-in and check-out scheduled for Saturday. In the low season (April, May, September and October) departure/arrival is scheduled on days other than Saturday, for a minimum period of 3 nights.

Terms and conditions
Booking
Reservations can be made online, through the website, or by phone using the numbers in the Contacts section.
A reservation is considered valid only upon payment of the 20% booking deposit received within 3 business days.
Following receipt of the deposit, the guest will receive a booking confirmation via email.
The agreed price for the stay at the Al Solatio property includes basic use of the facility and all internal and external property.
The remaining amount for your stay must be paid via bank transfer within 15 days from the date of arrival at the property. Cash or any other common payment method can be used to pay for extra services. Tourist Tax is not applied. According to the legislation there is no requirement to issue any Tax Documents for non- commercial businesses. As a proof of payment, a non- fiscal receipt indicating the amount paid for the stay and other relevant data will be issued.
Cancellation, Early Departures, No Show policies
In case of cancellation: 3 months before the arrival date, the structure will refund 100% of the amount paid upon booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation after three months from the arrival date, the structure will keep the entire 20% deposit paid at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation after 15 days of arrival, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be retained.
In case of no-show, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be retained.
In case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be retained.
The price includes:
Utilities (water – gas for kitchen use), weekly linen change, initial and final cleaning services.
The cost of electricity is indicated as a mandatory “extra”, with the rates defined when booking.
The price does not include additional requests for (the following are considered extra services):
cleaning, linen change, heating, cleaning due to pet, pool heating, pool covering from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October, use of heated outdoor Jacuzzi, wood. All prices for additional service requests are available when booking through the website. Additional service requests can be made when booking, or anytime during your stay.
Check-in e Check-out
On arrival day, the property is available for check- in from 16:00 to 17:00. Guests must check-out by 09:00 on your scheduled departure day.
Documents
in accordance with local provisions of law; upon arrival all guests are required to show a valid identity document at check-in.
Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code and we will be unable to accommodate your stay.
Personal data collected is treated and managed in accordance with the current legislation on privacy pursuant to law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003.
Payment
The remaining amount for your stay must be paid via bank transfer within 15 days from the date of arrival at the property.

Access keys
Keys for the property will be provided and it is forbidden to duplicate the keys.
Conditions for Children
Children of all ages are welcome.
It is possible to request an extra bed or a cot for 0-2 year-olds free of charge. We advise to request this complimentary service in advance.
Pets
Pets are allowed upon request. An extra fee will be charged for this service during the booking process.
Rules of Conduct
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all internal areas of the property. Parties/events are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed. Guests are expected to treat the property, all items and furnishings inside with care and respect and conduct themselves accordingly as a guest.
Damages and missing items
Guests agree to reimburse the property owner for any property or furnishing loss or damage caused-by, or while under the care and control of, the guest, any children, pets or other people invited by the guest
An itemized statement of loss or damage and value assessed will be provided.
Management and Property Owners are not liable or responsible for power outages, water supply disruptions, internet connection issues or any other interruption of services that are not controlled by property.
